IBSI does not share sensitive information about our clients with anyone. However, participants of our US Citizenship and Immigration Assistance program must authorize us to disclose their case file information (including our investigation results of their cases) with the appropriate government agencies and consular missions, only if and/or when those agencies request information about the participant.

Regardless of your country of residence, you must request our services ONLY via e-mail, Please submit legible copy of a valid identification (government issue ID Card, Passport, etc.). No services will be provided until after we have confirmed the identity of the applicant. Documents must be submitted in ,jpg or .pdf format only.
